Pharmacist - Remote

Key Responsibilities

Review and process prior authorization requests for medications Apply clinical judgment and pharmaceutical knowledge to determine coverage based on clinical guidelines and plan criteria Communicate with prescribers and healthcare providers as needed Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific protocols Maintain accurate documentation of determinations and communications Available Schedules (All Shifts are Central Time)

Job 1: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM local time or Sunday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Training

Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state (multi-state preferred) Minimum 1 year of prior authorization, managed care, or clinical experience preferred Strong attention to detail and clinical acumen Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Reliable high-speed internet (must include speed test from on resume) Full-time, 40 hours/week Safety-sensitive role Must be able to commit to the training schedule in full, no time off allowed!
