Farmers Insurance District 31 is looking for experienced sales and business professionals interested in taking the next step toward building and growing an insurance agency.

This opportunity is intended for individuals who want greater control over their career and are interested in developing a long-term business. Who We’re Looking For

We’re interested in candidates with experience in sales, business development, leadership, or other customer-focused positions.

You should be comfortable building relationships, developing new business, communicating with clients, and taking responsibility for your own growth.

Previous management or business ownership experience is helpful, but not required.

Insurance experience is preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed can receive guidance and support through the licensing process.

Training, coaching, and business support are available throughout the process, along with the opportunity to represent a nationally recognized insurance brand.

Candidates who advance through the process will need to meet financial qualifications associated with agency ownership, including access to approximately $60,000 in capital .

Compensation:

$115,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to build a strong local client base.
• Collaborate with the Farmers Insurance team to leverage resources and support for agency growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your book of business.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Provide personalized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to offer clients the best possible advice.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of your agency to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer-focused roles to effectively build and nurture client relationships.

• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand your book of business.
