Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Ridgeview Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that address a range of issues, including but not limited to, marital conflicts, grief and loss, job-related stress, and familial relationships.
\n
• Providing both joint and individual therapy sessions, allowing for deeper insight into family dynamics and individual challenges.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings and supervision to ensure high-quality clinical care and to support cooperative treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals and families seeking help with various concerns such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues

• Experiences of physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Adjustment to separation and divorce
\n
• Conflicts among family members, such as siblings or parents

• Challenges faced by blended families

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field

• A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining clinical excellence

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated ability to handle high caseloads with scheduling flexibility (30+ hours/week)

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ridgeview Counseling Center offers competitive compensation based on experience, with a salary range of USD $75,000 - $100,000 per year. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide:
