Customers scan their feet from their smartphone, receive a personalized Custom Fit Report, and our production team uses advanced manufacturing techniques to create custom boot modifications-all without the customer ever stepping foot into a ski shop. Built from the Powder House Ski Shop, Utah's original ski shop established in 1953, Boot Solutions combines decades of bootfitting expertise with innovative technology. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying organized, and helping build a growing startup from the ground up. About the Position Boot Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and production coordination to ensure every customer receives timely, knowledgeable assistance throughout their Boot Solutions experience. You'll answer phone calls, respond to customer messages, coordinate production workflow, organize incoming orders, and help keep daily office operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure orders move efficiently from customer inquiry through production and fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include managing customer communication, tracking orders, scheduling workflow, maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with office administration, and providing general operational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service experience Professional and confident communicator Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn bootfitting concepts and product knowledge Administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred Experience with order management, scheduling, CRM software, or customer databases is a plus Ski industry or bootfitting experience preferred, but not required Startup mindset with the flexibility to adapt as processes evolve #J-18808-Ljbffr Boot Solutions
