I've been in the insurance industry for 20 years and currently lead a team of 10. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping customers protect what matters most while building a team that supports one another and enjoys coming to work each day. I also love developing future leaders, and two of my current team members are preparing to become State Farm agents themselves.

As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Josh Culotti - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
