What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Utilize clinical skills and knowledge to manage various emergency situations
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Additional clinical certifications related to emergency care
