O. C. Welch Ford Lincoln is currently seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our Dealership. *Prior Experience as an Automotive Ford Sales Manager is Required*

Used Car Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Prior Automotive Sales Manager Experience Required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record Required
Used Car Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure that vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time effective manner.
- Manage Used Inventory Turn and Stock the Right Vehicle Mix.
- Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles.
- Increase sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth.
- Forecast goals at the beginning of each month. Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month.
- Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
