It involves communication with applicants and program offices to ensure all materials are accurate and complete for processing. As a Human Services Program Specialist, you will perform the following duties:Application Review: Evaluate licensing applications and supporting documents to confirm compliance with regulationsDocument Verification: Check certificates, legal papers, charts, and statements for accuracy and authenticityData Analysis: Analyze information from multiple state systems to draw conclusions and recommend actionsStakeholder Communication: Communicate with applicants, providers, and program offices to resolve questions and gather required informationRecord Management: Enter licensing data, update records, and organize electronic files according to policyReport Preparation: Prepare reports, summaries, and materials for presentations and meetingsInterested in learning more? Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
