• Pay $20-$25/hr. DOE

• Must be fluent in spanish and English

• Company Location -- Burlington, NC 27217, USA

• Direct Hire opportunity

• Manufacturing Cusromer service skills preferred

  Roles and Responsibilities:
  As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in the company's mission to provide outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
  - Engaging with customers through various channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.

  - Upholding our standards of excellence in every customer interaction.
  Experience Level:
  - Preferred experience level is 2 to more years in customer service or a related field.
  Desired Skills:
  Our client seeks individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. You should be adept at problem-solving and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in delivering top-notch service. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and a keen attention to detail will further enhance your contributions to the team.
