As a Commercial Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth by acquiring net-new customers for Gong Foundations. You will own and manage the full sales cycle, with a heavy focus on outbound prospecting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and manage a pipeline of net-new prospects through proactive outbound prospecting, from lead to close. Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects. Build relationships with net-new logos to drive them through the sales cycle to close Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve new business quota quarterly. Run and implement 7 to 10 day pilot program.

QUALIFICATIONS

Located in the Lehi area within a commutable distance to our office, with the ability to work our hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in-office. 6 months+ of relevant new business/net-new logo closing experience for Commercial. Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience preferred. Strong previous outbound prospecting experience — you're comfortable building your own pipeline, not just working inbound leads. Demonstrated success in achieving new business sales goals (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Comfortable selling to VP and C-Suite executives, navigating multiple decision makers within an organization — experience selling to sales leaders specifically is a plus.

The annual OTE for this position is $130,000 Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
