You will sit at the intersection of brand and demand gen, translating product launches, campaigns, and company news into engaging content that grows audience, drives engagement, and feeds pipeline for both B2B and B2C audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, tailored to each platform's audience and format Own the content calendar: plan, produce, and publish organic posts, video, and campaigns in partnership with design and content teams Manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and X Ads, optimizing budget toward engagement, traffic, and lead-gen targets Grow and moderate community: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions; escal... Run experiments on content formats, posting cadence, and creative; report weekly on growth, engagement rate, and attribution to pipeline Track competitors and industry trends to keep the brand's voice current and differentiated Coordinate social coverage for launches, events, and executive thought-leadership programs What We Are Looking For 3-6 years managing social media for a brand or agency, with B2B or B2C tech experience preferred Hands-on expertise with scheduling and social management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer) and native analytics Experience running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, including audience targeting, budget management, and creative iteration Strong copywriting skills with the ability to flex voice across platforms and audiences Basic video editing and content production skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) Comfort with analytics and reporting — GA4, UTM tracking, and presenting performance to leadership Bonus: experience with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr), influencer/creator partnerships, or employee advocacy programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
