Your Role

We are searching for skilled, entrepreneurial recruiters to become part of our team as Senior Medical Sales and Healthcare Recruiters. This position goes beyond mere desk duties; it's your platform for growth. Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Searches from intake through closure.
• Serve as a Client Partner, grasping their hiring needs, challenges, and culture.
• Utilize Strategic Sourcing with our proprietary CRM/ATS, as well as your connections and our communication platform.
• Optimize Our Platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that provide lasting benefits to clients and substantial commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we build our brand — and yours.
