We’re on the lookout for an organized, and client-focused Insurance-Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you won’t just be managing accounts; you’ll be building meaningful partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to businesses as they navigate the complexities of employee benefits. We are excited to welcome someone who is eager to grow with us and contribute to our client-first philosophy.
Responsibilities
Day to Day servicing of Employee benefit clients. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, providing clear and accurate information. Educate clients on their benefit offerings, helping them navigate plan details and available resources.
Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting employee benefits.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the insurance or employee benefits sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and a willingness to learn new systems.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to client satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
