This leadership role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and effectiveness of our rehabilitation program's intake process. You'll maintain admissions operations, coordinate outreach efforts, and provide comprehensive support to applicants, families, and community members while upholding the highest standards of our mission.What You'll DoProgram Leadership & CoordinationOversee daily intake operations and admissions processSupervise and support Intake ClerkMaintain program integrity and best practicesParticipate in data quality meetings with ARC CommandCoordinate with program staff and community partnersIntake Management & AssessmentConduct comprehensive eligibility assessmentsManage intake documentation and electronic recordsProcess admissions through referrals, phone calls, and walk-insEnsure compliance with program policies and proceduresComplete and document intake testing proceduresCommunity Outreach & StatisticsLead community outreach for recruitment and retentionBuild relationships with referral agencies and stakeholdersMaintain current community resource listingsGather and review center statistical dataReport daily center census and maintain accurate recordsDocumentation & ComplianceOversee electronic records managementCoordinate with external agencies (courts, probation, parole)What You NeedRequiredRequired Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentSupervisory experience requiredComputer literacy requiredValid driver's license and ability to qualify for TSA insuranceCommitment to Christian principlesSkills & AbilitiesLeadership and supervisory capabilitiesStrong organizational and documentation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDatabase management proficiencyCommunity outreach experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to speak, hear, and see clearlyManual dexterity for computer operationCapability to lift/move up to 20 poundsWork EnvironmentOffice-based settingMay include evenings and weekendsLocal travel requiredOccasional overnight travel for training/eventsThe Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.
