Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with current hands-on experience in project management experience in operations, and customer relations within a growing service-based business.

General Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and oversee end-to-end painting projects from start to finish

● Order / Pick up paint and other necessary materials for jobs

● Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

● Communicate daily with painting crews and clients to ensure smooth operations

● Address any job site issues and provide solutions as needed

● Complete final job walk- through inspection with lead painter and client

● Collect Payments from clients

● Execute against field sales and marketing activities (Door Hangers/Yard Signs/Commercial Account Growth / Networking, Etc.) to drive an increase in lead generation and conversion to new projects

● Assist with inventory management and supply ordering

● Manage the operations at the shop / warehouse to ensure organization, cleanliness and efficient working environment to improve production efficiency

● Maintain all FreshCoat Equipment to ensure routine maintenance is completed, minimizing down time and costly repairs.

● Provide progress reports for the business owners

● Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement

Compensation:

● Base salary

● Incentives based upon client success, marketing/sales activities leading to new projects

Qualifications:

● Strong organizational and communication skills

● Competence with Microsoft office suite of products

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem-solve on the go

● Self-motivated and eager to learn

● Valid driver's license / company car provided
