Founded in 1998, Osgood O’Neil Salon has set the global standard for hair in the Park Cities. We don't just hire hairdressers; we build world-class artists. We are currently seeking passionate, licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) individuals to join our renowned Apprenticeship Program.

The Opportunity

Our program is thoughtfully designed to transition you from a cosmetology graduate to an elite stylist. At Osgood O’Neil, success is a shared journey—our goal is to make you great, which in turn makes us great.

What You’ll Experience:

Requirements

Education: Completion of a licensed cosmetology program (License required, or pending graduation).
Mindset: A positive, "growth-oriented" attitude and a desire to serve others.
Availability: Tuesday through Saturday.
Excellence: A commitment to maintaining a pristine, luxurious environment for our guests.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $550 weekly base + tips.
