Position Overview This senior role requires a Spanish‑speaking attorney with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and an extreme sense of urgency. The attorney will oversee the entire pre‑litigation process, from intake to case management, stepping in as needed to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight: Supervise intake, case managers, and medical treatment coordination teams to ensure all processes are timely, efficient, and effective. Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for English and Spanish‑speaking clients who require direct communication with an attorney, ensuring a positive client experience. Strategic Case Management: Monitor case strategy, track statute of limitations, and provide guidance to team members to ensure successful case progression. Demand Writing Oversight: Review and approve demand letters, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Team Support: Act as a resource for the pre‑litigation team, providing legal insight and resolving complex issues as they arise. Reporting: Deliver regular updates to the managing attorney regarding case statuses, team performance, and potential issues requiring immediate attention. Qualifications Active California Bar License (required). Fluency in Spanish (required). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury law (pre‑litigation experience preferred). Strong leadership and delegation skills with the ability to prioritize urgent matters. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
