Regional Sales Consultant – Digital Marketing Solutions for Auto Dealers (FixedOps / Service Marketing)

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 + Commissions

Location: US (Remote, with travel as needed)

izmocars ( is a leading provider of Digital Retail and Interactive Media solutions for the automotive industry. Our platforms power dealership websites, search engine marketing, data analytics, and service marketing campaigns for auto dealers and large dealer groups worldwide.

We are expanding our FixedOps / Service Marketing practice and are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join our team.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will drive growth for our Digital Marketing Solutions focused on FixedOps (Service Marketing). These include SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing programs designed to increase service revenue for dealerships.

Your role will involve building new business with mid-sized to large auto dealer groups, cultivating executive-level relationships, and closing deals that deliver measurable ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
• Sell our SEO / SEM / Social Media Service Marketing solutions to auto dealerships and large dealer groups.
• Leverage your existing network of Dealer Principals, FixedOps Directors, and senior management at dealership groups.
• Conduct discovery to understand client service marketing needs and challenges.
• Work with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships to enable cross-selling of complementary solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8 years of sales & business development experience in the automotive retail sector.
• Proven success selling to auto dealerships and large dealer groups is a must.
• Deep understanding of FixedOps and service marketing needs within dealerships.
• Strong network and relationships with Dealer Principals, GMs, and FixedOps leaders.
• Experience selling business solutions such as digital marketing, websites, CRM, or DMS systems.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
• Commissions & Incentives: Great earning potential based on performance
