Contract Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client seeking an experienced Contract Attorney for an upcoming assignment. This position is ideal for an attorney who is adaptable organized and comfortable contributing to a variety of legal tasks in a fast paced environment. The role requires strong analytical abilities excellent communication skills and the capacity to deliver high quality work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft revise and review legal documents and written materials

• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries memoranda and recommendations

• Analyze information identify issues and provide clear practical guidance

• Assist with document management and organization of case or project materials

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders external partners and other legal professionals

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent quality across all deliverables

• Support ongoing legal projects as needs evolve

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of legal practice experience

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction

• Strong legal writing research and analytical skills

• Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs

• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams

• Comfort working in fast paced environments with shifting priorities

• Familiarity with legal software or document management tools is a plus

Pay Range: $40-80 per hour
