We are seeking a professional, guest-focused Back Server to join our front-of-house team. This role is a blend of host, food runner, and server assistant-perfect for someone looking to gain experience in fine dining and grow into a full server role upon turning 21. What You'll Do:
Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Location: 1830 Chophouse - Lebanon, Indiana
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Friday-Saturday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Pay: $7.25/hour + 2% tip out from serving staff (Estimated $14-$18 per hour)

- Refill water and other beverages efficiently and courteously
- Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Assist servers with placing and running food orders
- Monitor guest needs and support timely table service
- Help enforce our steps of service to ensure a five-star experience
- Provide a welcoming and hospitable presence for every guest
- Must be 19 years or older
- Friendly, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to work on your feet and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
- Estimated earnings of $14-$18/hour
