Learn more at .Position OverviewThe Team Lead supports daily operations, coordinates team activities, and helps achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity goals. This role provides guidance, training, and performance support while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The Team Lead partners with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily team workflows and staffing assignments.Monitor safety, quality, and productivity metrics.Provide coaching, training, and onboarding support.Communicate priorities, updates, and operational goals.Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.Support problem-solving and escalation resolution.Maintain accurate operational records and reports.Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or a related environment.1+ year of experience leading projects, processes, or team activities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.Authorization to work in the country of employment without current sponsorship requirements.Preferred RequirementsAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Experience using ERP, inventory, or production tracking systems.Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is .In addition to your salary, H.B.
