Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Morningside Insurance Group’s offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients. Compliance: Adhere to all necessary regulations and standards within the insurance industry. Communication: Engage with clients through phone and email correspondences, ensuring transparency and professional interactions. Requirements Licensing: Possession of an active Iowa Property & Casualty License is preferred but not mandatory to apply. Central, Mountain, or Pacific time required. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer Service: Must have a customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting client needs. Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to remain productive and engaged in a fully remote setting. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market conditions. Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital communication tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
