Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant We're currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, and assisting with month-end close and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger activity
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support financial reporting and audit requests
- Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to learn and grow within the accounting profession
