Pay Transparency Our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business. Moreover, this role may have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.
- Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements on a daily basis
- Prepare miscellaneous month end financial schedules and reports
- Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits
- Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions
- Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile monthly intercompany accounting cross charges
- Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit process
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend and/or evening work and periodic travel
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
- Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
