As a Call Center Sales Representative, you'll connect with past members and members coming up for renewal, restart conversations about their goals, and close memberships, renewals, and special services. These aren't cold calls to strangers — these are people who already know us, and your job is to win them back. If you love the chase, get a rush from hitting your number, and want your results reflected in your paycheck, this is your seat.Own your call list: work warm outbound leads of past members and members approaching renewalAsk the questions that uncover what stalled a member's fitness routine and what will get them moving againPitch memberships, renewals, and special services with confidence and genuine belief in the productHandle objections, ask for the sale, and closeTake inbound calls with the same energy, turning service conversations into save and sale opportunitiesKeep your pipeline clean and current in Salesforce so no opportunity slipsHit and beat daily, weekly, and monthly sales and retention goalsShare what's working with your team and push each other up the leaderboardStrong communication skills and the confidence to drive a conversation toward a closeA closer's mindset: persuasive, resilient, and comfortable asking for the saleThrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where results are measured dailyOrganized and detail-oriented, with disciplined follow-up on every leadHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in the fitness or retail industry preferred.Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling is preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.Able to work 8-hour shiftsWork from central locationIn line with our mission to create a healthier, happier world, we offer comprehensive benefits to help our team members do just that.
