About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Success to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the post-sale client experience, with a focus on client operations, account management, and cross-line integration. This leadership position demands a strategic approach to client success, including the establishment of an operating system that spans the client lifecycle, the definition of key metrics, and the implementation of processes to ensure on-time delivery and client KPI attainment. The SVP will also be tasked with driving the adoption of AI in client work, setting standards for its use, and maintaining a balance between automation and the human touch in client relationships. Applicants for this role at the company should have a proven track record in client-facing operations, account management, or customer success, with a strong preference for those with experience in adtech, martech, data, measurement, retail media, or agency-facing SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a background in a multi-product environment, experience with both brand and agency clients, and a history of managing a team responsible for significant annual revenue. Key skills include operational rigor, AI fluency, and a strong focus on revenue accountability. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the client success function, the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and a commitment to driving the company's growth and success through exceptional client relationships.
