Job Title: Solutions Navigator (B2B Sales) Job Description At River Run Payroll + HR, we don't hire "reps" to fill a seat; we hire Solutions Navigators to chart a path. We are a modern, agile HCM firm serving small to mid-sized companies across our core regions. We are seeking a disciplined, high-energy sales professional who is tired of corporate red tape and capped territories. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth through proactive networking, outbound outreach, and referral generation in your region. Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their payroll and HR needs. Develop and present tailored solutions that align with client goals and capabilities. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementation and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications Proven sales experience with a relentless "Hunter" mentality. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and is driven to build life-changing income. Impeccable integrity and the ability to build deep, consultative relationships with business owners and referral partners. Note: Payroll/HCM & B2B Sales experience is a plus, but not required to be successful in this role. Why You'll Love Working With Us Most sales jobs pay you once. We pay you continuously. This role provides the safety of a W2 position paired with the massive financial upside usually reserved for independent contractors. Please note: This is a 100% commission and residual-based role with no base salary. First-Year Income & Beyond: A top 25% performer (hitting our Momentum Series tiers) can expect first-year earnings of $75,000 - $90,000+. Because of our stacking residuals, that exact same performance scales your income to $130,000+ in Year 2 and $200,000+ by Year 3. $3,000 bonus potential in your first 90 days to jumpstart your momentum. Stacking Residuals: Earn a high-percentage residual on the profit margin of every deal you close, paid monthly for the life of the account. Upfront & Setup Payouts: Earn upfront commissions on annualized margins, plus a generous cut of all net setup fees. Vesting Opportunity: Build a robust book of business and achieve Vested Status—meaning you keep your residuals even if you eventually leave the company on good terms.
