Sales Representative - Johnson City, TN - Surgical Technologies
Stryker
Field-based sales representative role promoting Stryker's Surgical Technologies portfolio to healthcare providers across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, procedure support, relationship building, and achieving sales objectives while serving as a clinical resource to customers.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural settings
- Support surgical procedures with on-site product expertise and troubleshooting
- Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in clinical environments
- In-person support capability during product evaluations and procedures
- Medical device or surgical sales experience preferred
- Experience calling on hospitals, surgery centers, or healthcare facilities preferred
Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses and benefits
