Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care that encompasses psychological, emotional, and social wellbeing.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain current with best practices and emerging research in mental health.

This role primarily focuses on clients facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant therapeutic discipline.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
