We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, monitor supplies, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate daily cleaning activities and room assignments.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, inventory, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, maintenance issues, and inspections.
• Coordinate with front office, maintenance, and management teams.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and special requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Implement efficient cleaning procedures and continuously improve service standards.
• Handle staff attendance, performance issues, and disciplinary matters as required.
