Location: Kentwood, MI

Join a growing manufacturing team building commercial HVAC equipment in a clean, modern, climate-controlled facility.

1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | $19.50/hr

2nd Shift: Mon-Thu, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM | $21.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Assemble commercial HVAC units using hand and power tools

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures

• Perform quality checks and testing

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work with a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kentwood, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
