Training Specialist

Overview Training Specialist role based in Scranton, PA. Salary: USD 70,000 – 80,000 per year + bonus + medical and benefits. This global manufacturer is investing in employee development and is building a newly expanding training team. The role involves delivering engaging training programs, coordinating learning initiatives with supervisors, maintaining training records, and managing the company's Learning Management System. Previous manufacturing experience is welcome but not required. Responsibilities Deliver classroom and on-the-job training programs Coordinate training with supervisors, HR, EHS, and Operations Manage and maintain the AG5 Learning Management System Support Monday–Friday daytime schedule with occasional flexibility for alternate shifts Qualifications Experience delivering employee training or learning programs Familiar with learning management systems and maintaining training records Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Rise Technical Recruitment Limited
