Social Media Marketing Manager
Roundhouse Marketing
Roundhouse Marketing is looking for a Social Media Manager who actually gets it. Not just posting for the sake of posting, not just copying and pasting ChatGPT promotes, but creating content that connects, converts, and builds real brands.
This role is for someone who can own the full social experience. From strategy to execution to performance tracking—specifically within the home services space (home inspections, contractors, real estate, etc.).
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored to home service brands
- Create engaging, high-quality content (photo, video, captions, reels, etc.)
- Stay on top of social trends and adapt them to fit our clients’ voice
- Schedule and manage content across platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Analyze performance and optimize using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with team members and clients to bring ideas to life
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards
- Manage deadlines and deliverables across multiple accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably in home services or similar industries)
- Strong understanding of content strategy + analytics
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both internal + client-facing)
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Strong eye for design and good taste in content (this matters)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines without hand-holding
- A portfolio that proves you can walk the talk
Bonus Points
- Experience with content capture (on-site or directing shoots)
- Knowledge of Go High Level, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools
- Experience working with service-based or local businesses
