Technical Recruiter

As our client base and recruiting demand continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Technical & Engineering Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on identifying, engaging, and placing top technical and engineering talent across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in a staffing agency environment, enjoys building relationships with candidates, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven setting. We're looking for a recruiter who is confident sourcing passive candidates, managing multiple requisitions, supporting both VMS/MSP and direct client requirements, and partnering closely with account managers to deliver exceptional talent to our clients. What You’ll Do Source, recruit, screen, and place qualified IT and Engineering professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities Develop candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Maintain strong coverage across assigned requisitions and proactively identify talent for current and future openings Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruiting process from initial contact through placement Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements, priorities, and hiring needs Submit qualified candidates who accurately match client job requirements and culture Review and manage requisitions received through VMS/MSP programs and direct client relationships Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding activities, and client-specific documentation Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and pipeline information within company systems Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment Experience recruiting IT and/or Engineering professionals Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Strong phone presence and ability to engage and build relationships with candidates Demonstrated success generating candidate submissions, interviews, and placements Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting VMS/MSP staffing programs preferred Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience Ability to work on-site daily in Bingham Farms, Michigan What Success Looks Like Successful recruiters at Synergy: Take ownership of their recruiting efforts and results Are comfortable making outbound calls and proactively engaging talent Balance speed and quality when delivering candidates to clients Build strong relationships with both candidates and Account Managers Consistently generate interviews, placements, and long-term client value Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented agency environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergycom
