Ive been proudly part of State Farm since 2007, building a career centered on service, community, and leadership. I earned my BSIE from University of Michigan and my MBA from Loyola University Chicago.

Giving back is an important part of who I am. Ive served as Past President of the North Fulton Rotary Club, volunteer with Special Olympics, and am an active member of my local church. I also coach youth hockey, baseball, football, and soccer, which has given me a deep appreciation for teamwork and mentorship.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Cliff Wilcox - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
