The Back of House Team Member seeks to provide guests with a remarkable experience each and every day by working as a team to give each guest the quickest, highest quality food possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and presents food safely, delivering food to our guests within 90 seconds.
• Working quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Adheres properly to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients and personnel
• Looks for opportunities to stock and clean to maintain a productive workstation
• Keeps the kitchen clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times, including floors
• Maintains and develops personal expertise with in-house training
• Follows rigorously company policies and procedures to produce incredible food, every time
• Strives for quality and consistency in every aspect of their work
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality to all

• Pay - Pay is $17.95 and potentially greater per hour
