Service Coordinator - General Developmental ServicesService Coordinator: Manage and supervise all aspects of service for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. Work within a clinical team to develop, plan, and implement case management, therapy, and community/residential assistance.Responsibilities:Provide clinical based supervision to Direct Support ProfessionalsParticipate in implementation of client's Individual Support AgreementUse independent decision making and strong judgement skills during crisis situationsAbide by Medicaid, state, and federal lawsOrganize and maintain strict documentationRequirements:Six years combination of skills, experience and/or education in human servicesQualified Developmental Disability ProfessionalSupervision of direct staffAbility to utilize electronic health records systemProficient writing skills for clinical documentationUse of a personal vehicle with an acceptable driving recordStructure: Full time (37.5 hours) Exempt Annual salary starting at $49,493.17.
