Location: Hybrid – Menlo Park, CA or Chicago, IL (1–2 days WFH)

Position Type: Contract (Initial duration through January 31, 2027, with strong likelihood of extension based on performance and business impact)

Hours: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)

Pay/Bill Rate: $54-$57 an hour

Perks: Includes 4 company-designated extra paid days off (PTO) during the contract term

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Field Marketing Coordinator to support our Enterprise Field Marketing team. In this role, you will align closely with field marketing, strategic events, and enterprise sales teams to plan and execute high-impact, lead-generating campaigns across the organization.

You will provide critical administrative and operational support across key initiatives—including external B2B field events, campaign logistics, budget tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple moving parts, and is motivated by direct business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Event Execution: Assist with the planning, logistics, and execution of external B2B field events (e.G., trade shows, industry conferences, regional field programs) and virtual events.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support for acquisition field marketing programs across US and Canada regions.
• Project Tracking: Manage calendars, timelines, event briefs, registration updates, and project trackers to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Vendor & Financial Management: Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, payment routing, and purchase requests.
• Sales & Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate closely with sales, go-to-market teams, and internal leaders to ensure seamless event execution and post-event follow-up.
• Agile Execution: Handle ad-hoc operational requests to keep the field marketing engine running smoothly.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support within a B2B environment.
• Event Background: Direct, hands-on experience supporting external B2B field events (e.G., trade shows, field execution), distinct from internal corporate events.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with extreme attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills;
  comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and senior internal stakeholders.
• Mindset: Proactive self-starter with an optimistic, "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to grow a career in field marketing.

Preferred / Welcomed Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise marketing and CRM/project tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike, or WordPress.
• Proficiency across productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack).
• Experience supporting enterprise sales or go-to-market teams.
• A creative eye for event messaging and visual presentation.
