divh2Recruiting Coordinator/h2pAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you will facilitate the recruiting and hiring processes by providing technical and logistical support to recruiters. You will ensure the satisfaction of hiring managers, candidates, and new hires by providing responsive, high-quality, professional service and support in the recruiting function. You will have the following responsibilities:/pulliCoordinating the hiring process with recruiters and/or hiring managers/liliEnsuring timely and accurate data entry into the Workday applicant tracking system/liliRevising offers in Workday per the guidelines provided by the recruiter/liliScheduling applicants for interviews and pre-employment testing/liliCoordinating travel arrangements for applicants/liliMonitoring the pre-employment screening for new hires reporting results to the recruiter as needed/liliRecognizing and proposing solutions to improve the recruiting processes and workflows/liliAccurate submission and process compliance for Talent Acquisition invoices (relocation, candidate expenses, and vendor expenses)/li/ulpBasic/Required Qualifications/pulli5+ years of administrative experience or a 4-year degree/liliAt least 1 year of administrative experience within Human Resources/liliExperience with MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, etc.)/li/ul/div
