Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Other Compensation: Bonus eligible Job Summary The Manager, Strategy & Analytics serves as a strategic and analytical leader for E15 Group, part of Compass Group. In this role, you will lead the development of custom reporting and analytics solutions for clients, while also overseeing the creation and delivery of standardized internal reporting across the sector. You will act as a trusted partner to both client stakeholders and internal teams, translating data into actionable insights that drive customer satisfaction, operational performance, and business growth. This role requires a balance of hands‑on analytical execution, project leadership, and stakeholder management, with responsibility for managing multiple workstreams and delivering high‑quality outputs. Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of custom client‑facing reporting and analytics solutions tailored to business needs Oversee the design, maintenance, and enhancement of standardized internal reporting for the Restaurant Associates sector Manage and prioritize multiple analytics projects, ensuring timely execution and high‑quality deliverables Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability Partner with cross‑functional Compass teams to define reporting requirements, data structures, and project plans Identify opportunities to scale analytics solutions and improve efficiency through automation and best practices Lead presentations to clients and senior stakeholders, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and business impact Qualifications Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, with demonstrated experience managing projects or people Strong experience developing client‑facing reporting and dashboards Professional expertise in: Data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) Advanced Excel modeling and financial/business analysis SQL and working with large datasets Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects from scoping through execution Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and clients, with the ability to influence decision‑making Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement in analytics processes Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance / AD Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state) Associate Shopping Program Health and Wellness Programs Discount Marketplace Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Commuter Benefits Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Paid Parental Leave Personal Leave Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
