Master Production Scheduler

What we are looking for: Grammer is looking for a Master Production Scheduler to join our location in Delphos, OH. The Master Production Scheduler’s primary responsibility is to plan and schedule production based on customer requirements, which are provided to us by way of customer releases or shipment, to act as liaison between the customer and the plant, to relay requirements, and ship finished product in an efficient and timely manner. What you will be doing: Scheduling – production output Manpower – schedules each job with standard manpower by way of press/assembly Maintain inventory levels in order to meet production schedule Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to prioritize and fulfill customer needs Guides material planning for on hand component inventory to build production to customer needs Monitor inventory adjustments and cycle counts Coordinate forecasts with Production Manager Track schedule performance vs. production actuals Monitor customer computer systems for daily changes Prepares and distributes customer releases Participates and guides year-end inventory planning and counts Customer requirement reports with weekly and monthly information Production Performance Promotes IATF 16949 compliance What you will bring along: Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience Minimum 2 years Production Scheduling Experience Experience with MRP and scheduling systems (SAP) Ability to identify urgent or emerging problems, develop alternative corrective actions and engage appropriate colleagues in the timely implementation of corrective actions #J-18808-Ljbffr GRAMMER Americas
