What You'll Do:

• Provide expert Neonatology care as part of a 24/7 NICU team
• Cover shifts Monday through Friday evenings and full weekends on-site
• Collaborate with neonatologists and NICU staff to deliver quality patient care
• Manage patient monitoring, assessments, and documentation
• Support neonatal resuscitation and emergency interventions
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
• Relevant Neonatology or NICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

This position involves supporting immediate neonatal critical care within a state-of-the-art NICU.
