About This Role The RN-NICU & Pediatrics Per Diem position at Mass General Brigham involves providing individualized nursing care for patients in the NICU and pediatrics, ensuring safe and competent care while collaborating with healthcare team members. Highlights Pay: $37.81 - $67.87/hour Location: Dover, NH Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Schedule: Per Diem, Night shift What You'll Do Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
