Hourly wage starts at $24 per hour Essential Functions: Researches and resolves payment discrepancies. Resolves disputes and make recommendations for adjustment to account invoices as needed. Contacts customers via phone and email to inquire about payment on past due invoices. Provides Manager weekly customer account details regarding disputes and action steps taken to resolve. Interacts with Internal Sales and Operational personnel regarding customer disputes. Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of practical experience in accounting or a related function. Demonstrated understanding and application of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience communicating professionally with customers and employees over the phone. Proven ability to learn new computer programs through training and prior experience. Demonstrated problem-solving capability using sound reasoning and judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
