GENERAL RESPONSILITIES:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash receipts/deposits
- Electronic/wire payments
- Notes Payable
- Intercompany billing
- Payroll support
- Other various tasks related to general accounting activities
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Advanced Excel
- Highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Construction Experience (preferred)
- Spectrum/Viewpoint Accounting Experience a plus
