The client is seeking a detail-oriented Quoting Specialist to support the Deal Desk team by generating accurate quotes and Statements of Work that drive deal closure and customer satisfaction.

•Collaborate with Solution Architects to review approved asset lists and translate customer requirements into clear, professional proposals

•Create detailed, accurate SOWs and quotes that clearly outline scope, deliverables, and pricing

•Track and update all quotes and opportunity data in Salesforce, ensuring information is current and accurate

•Manage quote turnaround times to meet business deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quote discrepancies and gather necessary approvals

•Maintain comprehensive documentation and version control for all SOWs and quotes

•Support the Deal Desk Manager with quote analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives

•1+ year of experience in a quoting, sales support, finance, or legal-adjacent role

•Proficiency in Salesforce, including navigation of accounts and opportunities

•Demonstrated ability to build accurate quotes and SOWs with strong attention to detail

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively alongside sales teams

•Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously

•Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) software, such as Conga or similar

•Previous experience creating or managing SOWs and contract documents

•Familiarity with contract management best practices

•Background in SaaS or Industrial IoT environments
