This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to the growth of a next-generation AI platform transforming how teams learn and communicate. \n Accountabilities: The Solutions Engineer will support the customer journey by combining technical expertise, business understanding, and strong communication skills to deliver effective solutions and accelerate adoption. Partner with sales teams and customers throughout the pre-sales process, including technical discovery, solution design, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations. Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions while clearly communicating platform value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support customer onboarding, integrations, security reviews, RFP responses, and technical evaluations to ensure successful implementation. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and influence future platform development. Troubleshoot technical challenges, assist with debugging, and help resolve customer issues to maintain a strong user experience. Build scalable processes and documentation that improve customer enablement and support efficiency. Act as a trusted technical advisor by understanding customer goals and helping them achieve measurable business outcomes. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, customer-facing experience, and the ability to thrive in an evolving SaaS environment. 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or a related technical customer-facing role within a SaaS environment. Experience supporting enterprise-level customers and participating in complex sales cycles. Strong technical understanding of APIs, single sign-on (SSO), scripting fundamentals (such as Python or JavaScript), and debugging tools. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and business stakeholders. Experience collaborating directly with customers, product teams, and engineering organizations. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a proactive, hands-on mindset. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach. Additional experience with learning management system integrations, SQL, or prompt engineering is a plus.
