Job Title: Loan Operations Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 Pay Rate: $21.03/hr, paid weekly Schedule: Fully onsite from Monday-Friday, standard business hours Start Date: 09/28/2026, pending onboarding completion Contract Length: 12-months, with potential to extend or convert depending on business need Overview The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely booking, funding, and administration of commercial loans. This role ensures the integrity of loan data, reviews loan documentation, processes complex loan transactions, and partners with internal stakeholders to support efficient loan operations. Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely financial booking of commercial bilateral loan transactions. Process loan funding after successful booking in accordance with established procedures. Set up and maintain billing schedules, pricing options, client records, and other indicative loan data. Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of all booking and funding activities. Process complex loan administration transactions in compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards. Book loans, administer loan payments, perform loan system reconciliations, and conduct quality reviews. Review and interpret credit agreements, legal documentation, and loan documents to ensure accurate processing. Partner with Document Administrators to facilitate efficient and high-quality loan processing. Build and maintain strong working relationships with attorneys, internal business partners, and other stakeholders. Work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting quality and productivity expectations. Required Skills and Qualifications Previous banking experience required. Knowledge of credit agreements and legal loan documentation required. Experience with commercial loan operations or financial booking preferred. One to two years of financial booking experience preferred. Knowledge of commercial lending products and processes. Experience with Loan IQ is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and interpret loan documents. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, internal business partners, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. #TMCA #J-18808-Ljbffr
