Asphalt Paving Foreman

Q&D Construction is currently seeking an Asphalt Paving Foreman for its Heavy/Civil Group Q&D is a multi-faceted general contractor offering exceptional service in all areas of Heavy/Civil construction: roads, bridges, utilities, grading, paving, demolition, saw cutting, pipelines, foundations and concrete structures. Tasks and Responsibilities: Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met Ability to respect, enforce and promote Q&D and its policies Assists the management team in ensuring optimum levels of operating safely and efficiently Responsible for day-to-day oversight of all paving operations on the project Maintains time and material records necessary to complete daily job costing Qualifications: MUST have 5+ years of paving experience Must have strong organizational skills Ability to work well on a team Why Q&D?
