Maintenance Technician - Level 2

Location: Woburn, MA

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months (Indefinite assignment with guaranteed conversion)
• Pay Rate: $32.00 $33.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM, rotating schedule between two weekly schedules: Week 1 Four 12-hour shifts (48 hours total, including 8 hours overtime); Week 2 Three 12-hour shifts (36 hours total). Shift patterns typically run every other Wednesday through Saturday.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

As a Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This is a hands-on overnight maintenance role within a manufacturing facility environment , with a strong focus on health, safety, and fall protection protocols. The role carries conversion-to-permanent potential and requires physical presence on site at all times.

• Serve as the primary overnight facility support resource
• Respond to emergency situations and facility alarms
• Act as the hiring manager's "eyes and ears" during off-shift hours
• Perform general facility troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
• Initially focus on learning site processes and systems before taking on more critical responsibilities

• Strong troubleshooting experience within:

- Mechanical systems - Electrical systems - Plumbing systems (MEP)

• Comfortable using technology and computer-based systems
• Working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Outlook - Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to learn and navigate CBRE-specific software platforms (training provided)

• HVAC Technician experience
• Plumbing background
• Mechanical maintenance experience
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Well-rounded maintenance background with "jack-of-all-trades" experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Trade school enrollment or completion preferred
• Candidates without formal trade education must demonstrate relevant hands-on maintenance experience

• 2 4 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Experience requirements are flexible and dependent on overall candidate qualifications and skill set

• Manufacturing facility environment
• Strong focus on health, safety, and fall protection protocols
• Hands-on maintenance role requiring physical presence on site
• Overtime expectations: rotating schedule includes 8 hours of overtime in Week 1

• Background Check: CBRE Safety-Specific Package including Drug Screening required for this position
• Interview process: In-person interview with the Hiring Manager and Direct Supervisor, with a facility/site tour included
